Welcome home. You don’t have to move at anyone else’s speed. Knowing when to rest, when to push, and when to simply be - that’s where the real power is. We glorify the hustle, but what about the moments of stillness?
≘ At sundaymood Bali we offer private 75-minute infrared sauna & ice bath sessions. You have the room for a total of 75 minutes - the sauna is set for 70 minutes and you have 5 minutes to get ready and leave the private room towards the changing rooms.
As we require time to prepare the space for the next client, we recommend that you keep an eye on the timer in your room. If you arrive late for your session, time will be deducted from your session.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to check in and get changed in the changing rooms. Arriving early also helps you to fully relax and naturally prepare your body to start winding down.
You have the option to bring a friend for an additional cost. We love your kids but thought you might like some time alone to relax, do something good for your body and your nervous system. No kids under the age of 15 are allowed at sundaymood Bali.

This means you can come every day, or mix it up and sneak in a cheeky double session on the weekends or in the evenings - whatever you like, these 30 credits are there for you to use as you please.
