At sundaymood Bali we offer 6 private infrared sauna rooms for wellness & recovery. When booking a session with us you will be asked to choose between these two options:

≘ a 45-minute private infrared sauna session

≘ a 45-minute private infrared sauna & ice bath session

You have the option to bring a friend for an additional cost. We love your kids but thought you might like some time alone to relax, do something good for your body and your nervous system. No kids under the age of 15 are allowed at sundaymood Bali.
